Category

Packages for TVs are one-way and fully secure protection of goods during transport from production plant, distribution till to delivery to the customer. Televisions (39“ – 60“) are packed into this series of packages – 30 models totally. For this year collection Panasonic company has chosen, according to motto „Packaging sells“, very exacting High Flexo print, which has demanded use of corrugated board in combination „EB“ or „EC“ flute. That’s why wery hard-to-do serie of test had to be made, during which optimal composition of corrugated board was proposed. Corrugated board with combination of „EC“ flutes for its better mechanical features has been chosen. In connection with small width (minimal width 150 mm) question of package stability during storage and delivery to final customer had to be solved. „Stabilisating legs“ have been developed. They are made as cut-outs in flap-bendings, which secure stability of each single package during storage. This is how restriction of backward flap tension has been solved – this tension has been very problematic for automatic packaging machine before final closure of package. These „stabilisating legs“ work as a block after 90° flap-bending and prevent bending backward. Packages are fully recyclable and are distributed to entire Europe and Russia, Asian part included. General concept of this packages meets very demanding criteria for goods protection and at the same time fulfils selling and advertising function, which is very important competitive advantage for Panasonic company.

Dárkové balení šesti láhví piva se od ostatních multipacků odlišuje hlavně velkou přídavnou komunikační plochou uvnitř obalu, kterou pivovar Krakonoš využil pro popsání své historie a firemních zajímavostí. Vlastní produkty jsou, jako u dárku, viditelné až po rozevření obalu. Integrované odnosné ucho spotřebitelům usnadňuje transport z místa prodeje. Při přepravě jsou výrobky optimálně chráněny. Odnosné ucho lze ohnout a naplněné obaly pak snadno stohovat.
